The MetLife companies support various programs around the world. In Australia, MetLife is proud to partner with Redkite.

MetLife is the major contributor of the Redkite Tutoring program. The program provides educational and special interest grants to children and young people with cancer who have endured long absences from school. The program allows education to continue in the face of challenging times, providing hope for the future.

MetLife has supported Redkite since 2007 and the partnership continues to strengthen. MetLife and Redkite consistently work together to enhance the partnership through staff engagement and volunteering opportunities, information presentations for MetLife staff about the charity and year-round staff initiated fundraising activities.

MetLife has environmental policies which address paper saving and energy conservation initiatives.

MetLife has adopted document imaging technology that has significantly reduced paper usage in recent years, as well as enforcing double-sided photocopying, paper recycling and a conscientious use of colour photocopying.
