We have expanded our award-winning digital 360Health Virtual Care offering with the launch of a mobile app and additional consultation services.
360Health Virtual Care is a comprehensive program that provides customers with information and clarity around their medical diagnosis and management. Through the program, customers receive access to integrated expert medical support and guidance when they need it most.
The expanded digital service will also be complemented through our exclusive partnership with a leading medical provider, Teladoc. This provides MetLife customers and their immediate family with access to leading international specialists across more than 40 specialities and 430 subspecialities, providing second medical opinion services, as well as mental health and nutrition services. This multichannel offering now gives customers more choice to engage the services through their preferred channel – online, by telephone, or via the mobile app.
The 360Health offering is further bolstered by the inclusion of an ‘Ask a Question’ feature, allowing customers to ask questions relating to paediatrics, mental health and general practitioner topic areas. This feature provides customers with additional convenience by allowing them to get answers to their medical questions, from trusted sources, without having to schedule a virtual or in-person consultation.
Speaking about the impact the new mobile app will have on MetLife’s customers, Matt Lippiatt, Head of Customer Strategy and Propositions said: “This next phase of MetLife’s 360Health proposition, with the addition of the app, is an opportunity for us to make this much needed virtual care service more accessible to over 100,000 customers and their immediate families. With the user trend in favour of apps versus web browsers, we are confident that this digital expansion will enable a greater reach and provide more customers with clarity and peace of mind around their health.”
The full suite of 360Health services including the app is available to MetLife’s Retail customers, and MetLife’s superannuation and corporate customers, depending on their insurance arrangements. Watch the video below to learn about the 360Health mobile app and expanded consultation services.
