What is Menopause?

Menopause is a fundamental stage of life that all women face as a natural part of aging that marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years.

Menopause can be divided into several phases, each with distinct characteristics. Understanding these stages can help you anticipate changes and seek appropriate care during this transition.

This stage encompasses a woman’s reproductive years before any signs of perimenopause. Menstrual cycles are regular, and fertility is typically at its peak.
