All employees, customers, shareholders or other interested parties who perceive or have evidence of any violation of ethical practices such as suspected fraud, unethical behavior, financial accounting irregularities, improper sales practices, negotiations with suppliers, services, business partners (brokers, etc.) or any type of business relationship can notify MetLife through the MetLife Ethics & Fraud HelpLine.

The purpose of these channels is to exclusively receive reports of unethical behavior and suspected fraud securely, independently, and anonymously 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MetLife prohibits employees from engaging in any form of retaliation against anyone for raising concerns of suspected fraud or unethical behavior. Retaliation is prohibited under the Company’s Code of Business Ethics and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
