Recently Tom Rogacki, Shane Campbell and Brian Jacobs participated in the World’s Greatest Shave and lost their locks to help support the Leukaemia Foundation beat blood cancer. Together they raised an outstanding amount of over $15,000. Plus, Shane’s famous mane will be turned into a wig to help someone with cancer.
“We had a great time losing our hair for a good cause. It was important to us, because we have seen the devastation this disease can cause. But we have also seen the positive impact that the Leukaemia Foundation has on the lives of those families impacted,” Senior Relationship Manager, Shane Campbell said.
This year marks 21 years of the World’s Greatest Shave. All funds raised will help provide emotional and practical support to families facing blood cancer, as well as fund research to help more people survive blood cancers like lymphoma, leukaemia and myeloma.
