You can get your general questions answered online by mental health specialists and have a confidential in-depth mental health review by a team of Australian-based experts. This service is available to persons 18+.
Need a hand to manage your weight?
MetLife 360Health Nutrition service provides advice to help you make healthy food choices relevant to your lifestyle, food preferences and nutrition-related conditions.
When you book a consult, your advice is delivered by an Accredited Practising Dietitian, so you can be confident the advice is credible, evidence-based and tailored to your unique needs.
