No claim or referral is required, and no personal health information is shared with MetLife, your employer, or your doctor without consent.

No, you do not need a referral to use Nutrition Support through 360Health. The service is designed to provide guidance and advice, but it shouldn't replace your GP.
During your virtual consultation, an accredited dietitian will discuss your situation and health goals, before putting together a personalised plan with practical recommendations. After your consultation, your dietitian will check in with you and provide additional support as needed.
