Fitness and Mobility is available at no additional cost to MetLife policy holders and their children, partner, parents, and parents in-law. If you have MetLife insurance, whether it's through your employer, super fund, or directly with us, you can access Fitness and Mobility and other 360Health services.

No, you do not need a referral to use Fitness and Mobility through 360Health. The service is designed to provide guidance and advice, but it shouldn't replace your GP.

During your virtual consultation, an accredited exercise phsyiologist will discuss your goals, before putting together a personalised plan with practical recommendations. After your consultation, your exercise physiologist will check in with you and provide additional support as needed.
