There are many reasons you may need additional support, whether you’re considering making a claim or have already started the process. If you or someone you’re helping is experiencing vulnerability, we can help.
We also recognise that unique life events can impact your ability to engage with us, so while sharing is completely voluntary, please mention it when speaking with your case manager.
Let us know if any of the below situations apply to you.
Situations that may affect the support you need
Age, disability, injury, or health conditions (mental or physical)
Language or literacy barriers
Your cultural background, such as First Nations, Aboriginal, or Torres Strait Islander
Living in a remote location
Domestic and/or family violence
