Part of our award-winning 360Health wellbeing program, Ask a Clinician lets you submit your medical questions at any time through a simple-to-use app. You’ll receive answers from Australian-registered health professionals including GPs, paediatricians, and mental health clinicians.

How it works
Log in to your 360Health Virtual Care account
If you’re registering for the first time, download the app using the QR code or links below.
Fill out the Membership/Customer Number field
If you don’t have a code, you can use the options below and contact the right support. Or, enter your employer or super fund name and a Teladoc consultant will call you to confirm your eligibility.

If you have access via your super fund, enter your super fund name or access code. Or, reach out to your superfund for support.

If you hold a MetLife Insurance policy through your financial adviser, enter your policy number or reach out to Metlife for support.

Once you’re logged in, click ‘Submit a medical question’. You can submit as many questions as you like, at any time.
Get a response within one business day
An Australian-based GP, paediatrician, or mental health clinician will review your question and write a response. You’ll receive an email when your answers are ready to read in your 360Health Virtual Care account.

Ask a Clinician is private and available to all members with access to MetLife’s 360Health, and their families. The term family covers your partner, children, parents, and parents-in-law. No claim or referral is required, and no personal health information is shared with MetLife, your employer, or your doctor without consent.

Ask a Clinician is available at no additional cost to MetLife policy holders and their children, partner, parents, and parents in-law. If you have MetLife insurance, whether it's through your employer, super fund, or directly with us, you can access Ask a Clinician and other 360Health services.
No, you do not need a referral to use Ask a Clinician through 360Health.
This is a fully virtual service, so in-person discussions or appointments are not available.
Teladoc Health is a global leader in virtual healthcare services. They’ve partnered with us at MetLife 360Health to connect you with specialists who will provide the guidance, support, and care you need.

The service is designed to answer your health questions and provide advice, but it shouldn't replace your GP. This service cannot be used to ask for medical certifications, prescriptions, or specialist referrals.
We know personal privacy and data security is of the utmost importance, which is why Teladoc Health (an independent telehealth provider) will only provide aggregated, de-identified information about how members use the services.
No, all questions and answers are private. Teladoc Health will not share details of the nature of your enquiry without your consent.
